Please read these terms carefully. By using Dropelle, you agree to be legally bound by all provisions below.

1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing Dropelle("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2Service Description
Dropelle provides market intelligence tools for e-commerce entrepreneurs, including but not limited to: product research databases, ad libraries, competitor analysis, sales tracking, and portfolio management. All data, estimates, analytics, and projections provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of business success. You acknowledge that dropshipping and e-commerce involve inherent financial risk, and Dropelle is not responsible for your business decisions or outcomes.
3"As Is" Software — No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that the software may contain bugs, inaccuracies, data discrepancies, or experience downtime. We are under no obligation to provide any specific level of uptime, accuracy, or functionality.
4Subscriptions & Payments
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Mollie. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers.
Subscription Renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription via your dashboard settings.
Price Changes
We may modify pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers take effect at the next renewal period. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry processing. If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded to a Free tier or suspended until payment is resolved.
5No Refund Policy — Waiver of Withdrawal Right
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service provides immediately accessible digital content upon payment confirmation.
- Under Article VI.47 §1 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (WER/CDE), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right.
- You expressly waive your right of withdrawal the moment you access the Service after payment.
- No refunds, partial refunds, credits, chargebacks, or reimbursement requests will be honored for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of usage, unexpected results, or technical issues.
- You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
6User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: share accounts between multiple users, resell or redistribute our data, reverse engineer or scrape our platform, use the Service for illegal purposes, or interfere with our security features.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the Service.
7Intellectual Property
All content, software, code, databases, designs, algorithms, documentation, and data compilations provided by Dropelle are our exclusive intellectual property, protected by Belgian and international copyright law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.
8Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY BELGIAN LAW:
- Dropelle and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall never exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dropelle and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
9Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or behavior that we deem harmful to our platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts. You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard settings.
10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
11Miscellaneous
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dropelle.
Assignment
We may assign these Terms without notice. You may not assign or transfer your account.
